Class Action Against Verizon for the Motorola v710 Cell Phone

This class action was filed on behalf of all those who allege to have been wrongfully and unfairly deceived by Verizon Wireless in their advertisement and sale of the v710 cellular phone as manufactured by Motorola, Inc. with the representation that it had Bluetooth® capabilities, but had no intention of selling, and did not sell, the phone with these Bluetooth® capabilities, to the detriment of its customers.
